You can use Bus No X96
(Boarding outside the ARRIVALS TERMINAL between exits 4 and 5).
(Tickets normally have to be purchased outside the bus at a booth. If the line is huge and the bus is leaving, just hop in. While not mentioned  anywhere the bus driver is obliged to sell you a ticket)

Time schedule:
From 05:00 to 19:00 : Every 20’
From 19:00 to 20:30 : Every 30’
From 20:30 to 05:00 : Every 40’
Our Hotel is located at the bus stop: “1st Kalamakiou” (1η Καλαμακίου) 

From Piraeus.
You can use Bus No: A1 - B1 - 101 and E1Θ (summer time only).
Bus stop: “1st Kalamakiou”

From Athens Railway Station.
Use the Metro up to “Neos Kosmos” station and from there use the Tram to the “Pirkodafni” (Πικροδάφνη) station.
The Hotel is 100m away and you can see it directly from the tram station.

Taxi
For all your transportation in Athens you can also use a taxi. It’s not forbiddingly expensive as in other European countries.
